About This Project

This SoHo loft renovation transformed a raw industrial space into a sophisticated urban home that balances the building's historic character with modern comfort. The design preserves and highlights original architectural elements, including exposed brick walls, cast-iron columns, and timber beams.

The open floor plan was thoughtfully divided to create distinct living zones while maintaining the loft's spacious feel. A custom steel and glass partition separates the primary bedroom from the main living area without blocking natural light.

The material palette combines industrial elements with warm, tactile materials—concrete floors are softened with vintage rugs, while rich leather, textured fabrics, and warm woods add comfort and sophistication. The furniture selection includes contemporary pieces, custom designs, and carefully selected vintage finds that reflect the client's appreciation for craftsmanship and design history.
